In April 2019, the centre was awarded the EFQM 5 star ‘Recognised for Excellence’ accolade from Quality Scotland – the highest available.

Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) monitors and inspects all independent hospitals. In its last five inspections, the Scottish Epilepsy Centre received scores of Very Good (5) or higher across all six areas. This demonstrates top of the sector performance in what is primarily the private healthcare sector.

The Scottish Epilepsy Centre received a commendation at the Glasgow Institute of Architects Design Awards 2013.
