If you have written to Quarriers about your complaint, you will receive a response within seven days and you will be told how your complaint will be dealt with. We will aim to ensure your complaint is dealt with within 20 days.
If there is going to be a delay in resolving your complaint, staff will tell you when they think the issue will be resolved. You will hear from staff when the outcome to your complaint has been reached.
Staff will deal with your complaint confidentially and ensure all information is provided in an accessible format for you.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to ask for a review. You must make a request for review within 20 days of the receipt of written information on the outcome of your original complaint.
